How JKA Logic LLC handles information in connection with seats.jkalogic.com.
Who we are
Seats is a product of JKA Logic LLC ("JKA Logic," "we," "us"). This policy explains how we handle information in connection with the website at seats.jkalogic.com (the "Site").
Our current scope
The Site is currently an informational page for a service that is in development. It does not offer accounts, and it does not include forms, sign-ups, analytics, or advertising or tracking cookies. As a result, we collect very little information today. This policy will be updated before we begin offering the Seats notification service, which will involve collecting the information you provide to set up a watch.
Information we handle
Information you send us
If you email us at seats@jkalogic.com, we receive your email address and the contents of your message. We use this only to respond to you and to keep a record of our correspondence.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, when you visit the Site our hosting and content delivery provider automatically processes standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, referring page, and the date and time of your request. This is used to deliver the Site and to keep it secure and reliable.
Fonts
The Site loads web fonts from Google Fonts. When it does, Google may receive your IP address as part of serving those fonts.
How we use information

- To comply with legal obligations.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We rely on service providers who process information on our behalf, including our hosting and content delivery provider (Cloudflare) and our email provider (Google Workspace). We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

We keep email correspondence for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain reasonable business records, then delete or archive it.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, email seats@jkalogic.com and we will respond as required by applicable law. We do not use your information for targeted advertising, and we do not sell it.
Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Where we operate
JKA Logic LLC operates from the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
